Huang’s team isn’t backing off: on Oct 23 they said DLSS 5 is coming to RTX Remix, and on Nov 5 it lands in Hogwarts Legacy. Upscaling used to keep old GPUs alive; now a patch for a classic can mean worse looks and lower frames — AI for AI’s sake.
