Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix

The Ministry denies Voldemort’s return and plants Dolores Umbridge at Hogwarts. Harry, Hermione, and Ron form Dumbledore’s Army in secret. A vision of Sirius under torture draws Harry to the Department of Mysteries, where the prophecy is smashed and Bellatrix Lestrange kills Sirius. Dumbledore duels Voldemort in the atrium, and the Ministry can no longer pretend. The year ends with the Order exposed and Harry carrying the knowledge that either he or Voldemort must finish the other.
