Chamber of Secrets

The Chamber of Secrets is a hidden hall under Hogwarts, built by Salazar Slytherin and opened by the heir who can speak Parseltongue. Its monster is the Basilisk. Tom Riddle opens it while he is a student, and again through the diary in Harry’s second year. The entrance is a sink in Moaning Myrtle’s bathroom.
