Aragog

Aragog is an Acromantula whom Hagrid raised from an egg and hid in the Forbidden Forest after Tom Riddle blamed the spider for the first opening of the Chamber. He speaks to Harry and Ron, refuses to harm Hagrid, and will not stop his colony from eating the boys. Hagrid buries him in the sixth book.
